ELAIRE PSA NITROGEN GENERATOR

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology separates nitrogen from compressed air by adsorbing the oxygen in the air using Carbon Molecular Sieve material. Because this adsorbent will become saturated with O₂, the generator consists of two vessels. While one vessel produces nitrogen, the other regenerates its saturated CMS, rotating as needed.

  • N2 Pressure: 0.1—0.7Mpa (Adjustable)
  • N2 Atmospheric Dew Point: ≤-45℃

Advantages of ELN series PSA nitrogen generator:

  • Cylinder compression device avoids the pulverization of the molecular sieve caused by the impact of high-speed airflow.
  • Equipped with an extended settling alarm system, with automatic sound and light alarm for the lower limit of the stroke.
  • Manual and automatic integration, realize automatic start and stop, change the adsorption synchronization period according to changes in flow and purity, and reduce energy consumption to the greatest extent. The nitrogen automatic interlocking venting device ensures the quality of the product nitrogen.
  • Provides 232 and 485 interfaces (optional D05 remote control), intelligent IOT system, stable and reliable operation, and multiple fault alarms.
  • Reasonable structure design, transportation, lifting and installation are very convenient.
  • Simple operation, stable operation, high degree of automation, and unmanned operation can be realized.
